Supply chain in healthcare is a system that includes the movement of products and provision of services, the people and technology involved and the processes from the manufacturer or service provider to the point of care, ensuring that patients receive care when and where needed.
The SCMAO Healthcare Certificate Program is designed keeping in mind the dynamic nature of the healthcare supply chain landscape in Canada. The constantly evolving healthcare ecosystem warrants the need for continuous learning and development, to stay current with the best practices, policies and practices.
The Program Consists of
2 modules - 7 weeks each
- Public Sector Supply Chain Management
(common with CSCMP Designation program)
- Includes a Healthcare-based Case Study - Major Projects, Capital Goods, and Services
(common with CSCMP Designation program)
- Includes a Healthcare-based Case Study
4 workshops - 1-2 days each
- Healthcare Landscape in Canada
- Supplier Relationship Management & Risk Management
- Data Analytics
- Social & Indigenous Procurement

Program Duration:
Can be completed within as early as 6 months
Program Price:
$6,000 + applicable taxes for the whole program on pay-as-you-go basis.
